•  has attended the Vegetarian Cooking Class Series
•  assists as a trainee for a minimum of three cooking classes

• coordinates, delegates and takes responsibility for prep, class duties and clean-up
• skilled at cutting and food preparation
• experienced in natural foods cooking
• knows where pots, tools, food, etc. belong in the teaching kitchen
• follows class procedures
